The tour begins with an early transfer from Cusco to the Poroy or Ollantaytambo train station, where you will board the train to Aguas Calientes, the closest town to Machu Picchu. The train journey is spectacular, offering incredible views of the valleys and mountains surrounding the Urubamba River. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will take a short bus ride to the entrance of Machu Picchu.
