By accessing and using the services of Peruvian VIP Treks, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

By accessing and using the services of Peruvian VIP Treks, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

2. Services Offered

Peruvian VIP Treks offers a variety of tourism services, including but not limited to: guided tours, transportation, accommodation, and activities related to the culture and nature of Peru.

3. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or by phone.
  • A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, the amount of which will vary depending on the service booked.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method authorized by Peruvian VIP Treks.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed bookings will not be affected by these changes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the service start date. In this case, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.

5. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for their well-being during the services provided. This includes following the instructions of the tour guides and respecting local regulations.

6. Modifications to Itinerary

Peruvian VIP Treks reserves the right to modify the service itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather changes, government restrictions, or logistical issues.

7. Conduct and Behavior

Participants must behave in a respectful and professional manner during the tour. Any inappropriate conduct may result in the cancellation of the service without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Peruvian VIP Treks is not responsible for personal damages or injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the tours. It is recommended that clients purchase adequate travel insurance.

9. Use of Images and Content

During the tours, photos and videos may be taken, which could be used for promotional purposes on our channels. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please notify us before the service starts.

10. Protection of Personal Data

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data. The information collected will be used solely for managing bookings and providing you with the best tourism services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the country.

12. Modification of Terms

Peruvian VIP Treks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on our website.
