Located just 40 minutes from Cusco, this valley is less crowded than other tourist circuits, offering a more authentic and cultural experience.
One of its highlights is Tipón, an impressive Inca archaeological site known for its advanced system of canals and agricultural terraces. This site, considered a ceremonial center for water, showcases the incredible hydraulic engineering of the Incas, with fountains and aqueducts that still function today.

• Early Departure (6:00 or 6:30 AM)
Start your day with energy. We'll pick you up from your accommodation in Cusco and embark on a 1:30-hour drive to the picturesque town of Tipon (3,399 meters above sea level).
• Arrival at the Tipon Architectural Center
From Tipon, the Tipon Architectural Center is an important archaeological site located in the Southern Valley of Cusco, Peru. Tipon is known for its impressive architectural complexity and advanced irrigation systems. This complex belongs to the Inca culture and is considered one of the most notable examples of Inca hydraulic engineering. Here, we can view and take photos near the Inca irrigation systems, architectural structures such as houses, temples, and ceremonial plazas. It is also a strategic location for the defense of the empire through the Collasuyo and an excellent site for agriculture. We will have an approximate time of 1 hour.
• Arrival at the Pikillacta Architectural Center
After a 30-minute drive, we will arrive at the Pikillacta Architectural Center, an important pre-Incan archaeological site located in the southern region of Peru, near the city of Cusco, in the Huaro district of the Quispicanchi province. It is known for being an urban center belonging to the Wari culture, which flourished between the 6th and 11th centuries AD, long before the expansion of the Inca Empire. This site is considered one of the largest and best-preserved Wari culture sites in the Andean region. We will have an approximate time of 1 hour.
• Arrival at the Sistine Church of Andahuaylillas, considered the Sistine Chapel of the Americas
After a 30-minute drive, we will arrive at Andahuaylillas, a small town located in the Quispicanchi province, in the Southern Valley of Cusco, Peru. It is primarily famous for its impressive colonial church, the Church of San Pedro Apóstol de Andahuaylillas, which has been nicknamed "the Sistine Chapel of the Americas" due to its beauty and the exceptional mural paintings that adorn its interior. We will have an approximate time of 20 minutes.
• Return to Cusco
At the end of the Valle Sur circuit, we will return to Cusco. The return journey will begin at 12:30 pm, arriving at approximately 2:00 pm, where we will arrive near Cusco's Plaza de Armas.
